My stay at Gran Via Suites was a mix of highs and lows. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Madrid. However, there were major letdowns, like the poor communication with the staff and issues with the room's bathroom setup. Overall, I think I could have chosen better accommodations for my trip.
